Ok, So back to my topic of Mrs.Clinton running for office. How far do you think she will make it? Do you think she has a chance of winning the primary? Do you think that this country is ready for a female president? How will this effect the election? Will people vote for her just because she is a woman or maybe people will vote against her for the same reason? All very good questions. I honestly hope she wins the primary. Not because I want to see her in office or because I think that a woman should be president but because I think that if she wins the primary a Republican has an even better chance of winning the presidential election. Maybe the republicans will elect a female also. Then we will have the holy grail of cat fights. Being male or female really has no bearing on my decision of who to vote for. I do not consider myself a womans liberal in the slightest. Mainly because I feel that women liberals believe that in order to succeed you must have some type of high paying career. I believe that being a woman liberal should mean that the woman has the choice to choose what she wants to do with her life and if that choice is to stay at home and raise her children then it should be looked upon just as highly. But that is for another post. This post is about the presidential election of 2008. I think that Democrats have been campaining for the 2008 election since 9-11. I believe that John Kerry was just a ploy and they never truly meant for him to get elected. Hillary Clinton stood no chance against President Bush. Not that I think she stands much of a chance of winning against anyone.
Hillary might have had a chance if she would have chose to leave her cheating husband. Then she would have opened up a new genre of women. The hard working single moms. I'm not saying that divorce is the answer to this kind of behavior. I'm saying that he showed a history of this type of behavior and so leaving him is the best thing she could have done for herself. It would have proved how strong she was and how she wanted this presidency for herself and not for her husband.
As far as her husband Bill goes.. Well I think he would make a better first lady than she did. Mrs. Clinton is far from the image of an ideal "Lady" She could really use some pointers from Laura Bush. Who in my opinion has been the excellent image of a First Lady. Also Bill seems to like skirts well enough maybe we should see him wearing one.

WOW!!! I sure am glad I am NOT one of Clinton's "friends" And NO I would not vote for Hillary!! And no I do not think the country is ready for a female president. Not that they couldnt do the job, just not yet. I just hope we get Somebody decent to run. Of course I firmly believe that "most" of the time politicans start out as honest, wanting to do good, but somehow end up corrupt. I guess thats life here in the good ole USA.
